When you delete your THYMOS account, all synchronization data on our servers is permanently and irreversibly deleted. This includes your synced workout history, templates, preferences, and all associated metadata. Local data on your device is not affected.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the THYMOS app:

Open THYMOS and go to Settings

Scroll to the Sync section

Confirm the deletion in the dialog
Your account and synced server data will be deleted immediately. You will be signed out and your sync state will be cleared. Minimal consent records may be retained where legally required.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include the email address associated with your THYMOS account.

We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Sync mutation journal — all synced workout records, templates, and preferences
- Principal aliases — device-to-account linking records
- Rate limiting logs — API usage records
- Authentication account — your Supabase auth record
What Is Not Affected
- Local data on your device — your workout history, templates, and settings stored locally remain intact
- Exercise notes — these are always local-only and are not stored on our servers
- Exported files — any CSV or JSON files you previously exported

Hesabın ve senkronize sunucu verileri hemen silinecektir. Oturumun kapatılacak ve senkronizasyon durumun temizlenecektir. Hukuken gerekli asgari açık rıza kayıtları saklanabilir.
Seçenek 2: E-posta ile Talep Et
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesap silme talebini e-posta ile gönderebilirsin. Lütfen THYMOS hesabınla ilişkili e-posta adresini belirt.
